I've been way too busy these days to even think about posting but here's a mystery record from Sweden that I couldn't find any info about. The A side is a decent powerpop song while the B side is more of a rocker. Not a bad song but maybe it goes on a little too long.
Big M - I Want You / Don't Wanna Leave Her 7" (Dg Records Dg-007, 1982)
cheers...not my kind of music, anyway thanks, but i'd like to know can You or maybe somebody outhere could help with some additional infos or even better something for listening by some Canadian bands which i've just find out like Rabid-Robins-Drama-Clooz-Raw Sewage-Spray Paint-Hygiene Club-Mobile clones-Ninth Configuration...big thanks
Hygiene Club is crap. You can listen to it at http://www.mocm.ca/Music/Title.aspx?TitleId=317356. Clooz is also bad - http://www.mocm.ca/Music/Title.aspx?TitleId=271540. Just about everything on the Roto-Noto label I've heard is junk. Mobile Clones aren't a whole lot better (http://www.mocm.ca/Music/Title.aspx?TitleId=292420). Ninth Configuration were late 80s and had 2 tapes (http://calgarycassettes.blogspot.com/search?q=%22Ninth+Configuration%22). Drama had a couple LPs, the first has been described as "progressive minimal synth electronic". I've never heard it. Robins were from Moncton, New Brunswick and never released any records. I had a tape that I can't find anymore that I remember as being pretty good. I can't help with Rabid, Raw Sewage or Spray Paint.
big thanks,man...and it's amazing how many craps selling on e-bay listed as punk!?!by the way, I find out on You tube Rabid,Spray Paint... all the best and keep goin'
All of the Divshare audio links are dead. I haven't yet decided what, if anything, to do about it.

The intention is provide difficult to hear music for preview purposes ... listen before you buy (if you can find it)! Contact: girlsfromtahiti at gmail dot com.
My Want List
Any good obscure punk/powerpop (especially Swedish, Swiss and Finnish) that I don't have such as:
CANADIAN DEMO/LIVE RECORDINGS - anything from The Unknowns, Zro4, The Negatives, Stark Naked and The Fleshtones, Extroverts, Airborne, Pat Bay and The Malahats, Sikphuxz, Woods Are Full Of Cuckoos, Parking Lot, etc
MASTERBEATS - Any cassette releases (Kitchener, Ontario, Canada band, early 80's)
MR. SCIENCE - Terror As Pop and any other cassettes (Canada, 1980s)
NILP - Dark Side Of Nilp cassette (Switzerland, c1983)
I'm mainly interested in punk and powerpop records and bands from 1977 - 1983 along with some synth/electronic things as well. I'm particularly interested in bands from Sweden, Switzerland and Finland, although if it is good it doesn't matter where it is from. If you have some obscurity that you think I might be interested in, drop me an email. If you're looking to hear something in particular, ask and I may have it. Contact me at: girlsfromtahiti at gmail dot com.
